Missing Items
Don't Panic
We may have sent your items separately. To check if this has occured simply look at your emails that were sent to see if any items will be delivered separately.
If your order has been sent in different parcels then each note from the delivery will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check these for each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
If an item is still missing from this please contact our web team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Faulty Items
If you have recieved a faulty item we apologise
We want to sort this issue out with you as soon as possible.
As soon as you find a fault please contact our team with these details:
- Your order number
- The faulty items name
- A picture of the faulty item
- A short description of the fault on the item
Can I change my order after I've placed it?
Our team is super quick at getting your order ready to go and for this reason we can't change your order after you have placed it.
