Whether you're in the vibrant streets of Dublin, the serene landscapes of Kerry, or anywhere in between, your order will be with you the next working day for any order placed before 2pm Mon-Fri. For deliveries under €80 a non-refundable standard charge of €4.95 is applied
While we endeavour to have your order with you the following working day, delays may occur. We will do our best to keep you updated if this occurs.

For our Letterkenny store, your order will be available for collection within three hours, our Derry store may be up to 24 hours. When you visit us to collect your purchase, please bring your confirmation e-mail and a form of photographic identification along with you. We are happy to accept the confirmation e-mail in printed or digital format.

Returns and Cancellation
While we're confident you'll love your new clothing, we understand that preferences can vary. Our hassle-free returns policy ensures that if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days (on full-price items) for a full refund or exchange.
If you need to make a change to your order please make us aware as soon as possible and we will do what we can to rectify the problem. Please be aware that once an order has been dispatched we cannot make changes nor refund the item until it has been returned to us.
