Christmas Returns Policy 2023:
We offer a 60 day refund on full price items. For Items returned after 60 days and up to Sunday 22nd January 2023, will be entitled to an exchange or store credit.
*Sale items will be entitled to a 14 day refund. After 14 days and up to Sunday 22nd January 2023, will be entitled to exchange or store credit. Items returned after this date if accepted by Evolve will be given the sale value in store credit.
*Sale items(items with a discount greater than 10%)
If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return an item to us, we are happy to offer you a refund on full-price items up to 60 days after you receive your order from us. After 60 days, you may be entitled to credit applied to your online membership. For on-sale items(items with a discount greater than 10%), we are happy to offer you a refund up to 14 days after you receive your order from us. After 14 days, you may be entitled to credit applied to your online membership.
If you'd rather, you can return it in-store. It is our policy that we refund the original card or Paypal account that was used to purchase the item. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
The item must be in a new, unused and unworn condition and in its original packaging, with all the tags still attached. For full details of our Returns Policy, please see section 8 of our Terms & Conditions.
Returning Your Order To Us:
Returning your order to us is simple. Click here, and follow the onscreen instructions. You will be provided with a prepaid label which you can use to return the good's to us. Please note that a deduction of €4 will be taken from the value of your refund to cover the cost of the return.
Refunds on Orders That Contain Free Shipping
Free deliveries are given on all orders above the free delivery threshold amount. Any partial returns which make your total spend below the free delivery threshold will incur local delivery costs, therefore this cost is deducted before your refund.

Returns Sent Without Sufficient Information
If you send your parcel with inadequate information, it can be very difficult for us to process your refund. Please ensure that all returns slips are filled out in full with your order ID visible. This will ensure your refund is processed in a timely fashion.
Exceptions on Returns & Refunds
Please note, that we do not issue refunds on gift card orders. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, or are damaged by the purchaser.
For health and safety, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on the following products once the original packaging has been opened unless they are misdescribed or faulty:
Cosmetics/fragrances, earrings, any pierced jewellery, underwear/lingerie, swimwear, hats and hair accessories.

We strongly recommend using a traceable postal service to ensure your parcel arrives at the correct address.
Returning Your Online Order In Store
If you'd prefer to drop into our Letterkenny Store to make your return, you can do so. We ask that you bring your filled-out returns form with you and a copy of your original purchase order.
Please be aware that cash will not be handed out on the day of return, it is the policy that online order refunds are made directly to the original card/PayPal account used.
