Trouble With Our Website

If you are having trouble with our website please try the following:

Clear your cookies and data (please make a note of products in your basket before proceeding with this)

IOS:

Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.

Android:

Go to settings > Scroll down to privacy settings > Tap clear cache > Tap clear all cookie data.

Windows:

To manage cookies in Chrome, click the Chrome menu button (three horizontal bars) and select “Settings” from the drop-down menu > Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Show advanced settings” > In the Privacy section, click “Content settings” > In the Cookies section, click “All cookies and site data” > To delete all the cookies find our website name, click the “X” button to the right.

Use the latest software on your device

IOS, Android & Windows:

Go to settings > Scroll to software > Tap check for updates

Can't Sign In

You must sign into your account if you want to see or track your orders. If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn't valid, follow the steps below:

Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.

If you can't remember your password click on the 'forgotten password' link on the sign in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and we'll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.

If you still can't sign in, contact us and a member of our web team will get back to you as soon as possible.

What Is Save For Later

The save for later feature allows you to save items you wish to buy for a later date. You have several months before this item expires in your save for later tab. Doing this allows you to check quickly if the item is low in stock, on sale or out of stock altogether. This feature saves you a lot of time searching for the product you have in mind and here at Evolve Clothing we are customer driven and want you to have the best experience possible on our website.
